Terms & Conditions (Summary)
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Lottorbit ("the Platform") governing your use of our website, mobile application and related digital services. By registering an account, signing in or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform you accept these Terms. The Platform is licensed and regulated by the Tobique Gaming Commission.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
- You must ensure that participating in lottery activities is legal in your jurisdiction.
- Each user may register only one account; lending, transferring or sharing accounts is prohibited.
- Users in a self-exclusion or cool-off period may not create new accounts or take part in games.
3. Accounts
When registering you must provide true, accurate and complete personal information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify the Platform immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Platform may suspend or terminate an account and freeze associated funds where fraud, violation or suspicious activity is suspected, pending investigation.
4. Gameplay
The Platform currently offers scheduled-draw Happy 8 (KL8) lottery. All wagers must be submitted and paid for before the cutoff time of the relevant draw to be valid. Draw results are produced by a certified random number engine whose process is auditor-verifiable.
The Platform is not responsible for wagers that fail to submit before the cutoff due to network delay, system failure or user error.
5. Payouts & Prize Claims
- Small prizes are credited automatically to your wallet balance per Platform rules.
- Large prizes (including tiers requiring manual review) must be confirmed through the review process and may involve tax reporting.
- All prizes are denominated and settled in US Dollars (USD).
- Prize claims must be submitted within the validity period defined in the rules; late claims are forfeited.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. The Platform is not liable for any financial loss you incur from participating in lottery activities.
7. Amendments
The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms; if you disagree, please stop using the service.
