Self-Exclusion Policy
Self-exclusion is a Responsible Gaming tool that lets you block yourself from the Platform for a fixed or permanent period. This page explains how self-exclusion works, what we do to enforce it, and your responsibilities while a block is active.
You Are in Control
1. What Self-Exclusion Is
Self-exclusion is a binding block you place on your own account. While it is active, you cannot log in, deposit, wager, or open a new account with the Platform. It is one of the strongest player-protection tools we offer and sits alongside deposit limits, session limits and cooling-off periods in our Responsible Gaming programme.
2. How to Start or Manage a Self-Exclusion
You can start a self-exclusion directly from your account. The interactive tool — choosing the duration, confirming, and seeing an active block — lives on the Responsible Gaming page.
- Fixed-term: a self-exclusion for a defined number of months/years. The block lifts automatically at the end of the period; you must re-verify your identity to resume play.
- Permanent: an irreversible self-exclusion. The account is closed and you cannot reactivate it or open a new one.
Only one active self-exclusion is allowed at a time. If you are unsure which option is right for you, our support team can help via the Help Center.
3. Our Enforcement Commitments
While a self-exclusion is active, the Platform will, to the extent technically and legally possible:
- Prevent the excluded account from logging in, depositing or wagering.
- Block attempts to register a new account using the same identity, contact or payment details.
- Remove the excluded player from marketing and promotional communications.
- Return any remaining lawful balance through the withdrawal process before the block is fully enforced, where required.
- Retain the exclusion record to prevent circumvention, in line with our record-keeping obligations.
4. Your Responsibilities
Self-exclusion is most effective when combined with your own actions. While a block is active you should:
- Not attempt to create a new account or use someone else's account.
- Remove saved payment credentials and consider blocking gambling payments with your bank.
- Install gambling-blocking software on your devices.
- Seek support from problem-gambling help services in your region.
5. Limits of Enforcement
No technical control is perfect. The Platform cannot guarantee that a determined individual using false details, a different device, or a third party's identity will always be blocked. Self-exclusion is a shared commitment between you and the Platform; the obligations in section 4 remain essential.
6. Relationship to Cooling-Off
A cooling-off period is a shorter, reversible break (typically up to a few weeks) that restricts play while still allowing login for account management. Self-exclusion is the longer, stronger tool. Both are available on the Responsible Gaming page.
7. Getting Help
If gambling is affecting you or someone you know, please reach out. Our Responsible Gaming page lists limits, tools and links to independent support organisations. You can also speak to our support team in confidence via the Help Center.
