Underage Play Policy

Lottorbit strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from registering, depositing or playing. This page sets out our age-verification commitments and what we do when underage access is detected.

18+ Only

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lottorbit. By registering an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the identity information you provide is truthful. Underage play is void and any related funds are forfeited and returned only as required by law.

1. Minimum Age

The Platform is a licensed lottery product available exclusively to persons aged 18 and over. This age limit applies to registration, deposits, wagering, prize claims and every other use of the service, regardless of jurisdiction. Where local law sets a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.

2. Age Verification (KYC)

We verify the age and identity of every participant through our Know-Your-Customer process before play and before any withdrawal is released. This includes:

Date-of-birth capture at registration.
Documentary verification with government-issued photo identification.
Re-verification where a document expires, looks altered, or is inconsistent with the account profile.
Enhanced checks on accounts whose activity suggests a possible minor.

Until age verification is complete, the Platform may restrict deposits, play and withdrawals. Verification details are described further in our AML / KYC Policy.

3. Account Holder Responsibility

The registered account holder is responsible for keeping their credentials private and for ensuring that no minor can access their account, device or payment method. Lending, sharing or transferring an account to a minor is a serious violation of these Terms and results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Do not leave a logged-in session unattended on a shared device.
Do not store payment credentials where a minor can reach them.
Use device-level parental controls to block access to gambling content.

4. Detection and Action

Where the Platform reasonably suspects that a user is under 18 (or that an account is being operated by a minor), we will:

Suspend the account pending investigation.
Request fresh identity documentation.
Void any wagers placed by or for the suspected minor.
Forfeit and return balances only as required by law, and report to the relevant authority where mandated.
Permanently close the account and block re-registration.

5. Reporting Underage Access

If you believe a minor has accessed or attempted to access the Platform, please report it immediately via the Help Center with the ticket number or account identifier involved. We treat every report as urgent.

6. Resources

Parents and guardians can find filtering and monitoring tools from independent bodies such as national online-safety regulators. The Platform also offers Responsible Gaming tools and a Self-Exclusion Policy for players who wish to block their own access.
