Restricted Jurisdictions

Lottorbit is offered only in jurisdictions where it is lawfully permitted. This page explains where the service is restricted, your responsibility to check local law, and what happens when access from a restricted location is detected.

Check Before You Play

It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using a licensed lottery service is legal in your country, state or region before you register or deposit. The Platform does not provide legal advice; if in doubt, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

1. Where We Operate

Lottorbit is licensed and regulated by the Tobique Gaming Commission and is offered to players located in jurisdictions where lottery play is lawful. The list of supported regions may change over time as licences, permissions and local rules evolve.

2. Restricted Jurisdictions

The Platform does not accept registrations, deposits or wagers from persons located in jurisdictions where lottery services are prohibited or where the Platform is not licensed to operate. This includes, without limitation:

Countries and regions where remote or online lottery play is unlawful.
Sanctioned territories subject to trade or financial restrictions.
Jurisdictions where the Platform has not obtained the required authorisation.

The authoritative restricted-regions list is maintained by the compliance team. If you are unsure whether your location is permitted, contact Support before depositing.

3. Your Responsibility

You must be physically located in a permitted jurisdiction at the time you register, deposit and play.
You must not use a VPN, proxy or any other tool to disguise your true location.
You must comply with all local laws regarding lottery participation, taxation of winnings and cross-border payments.
Travelling to a restricted region suspends your ability to play for the duration of your stay there.

4. Detection and Enforcement

The Platform uses geo-location, device signals and KYC data to assess where a player is located. Where access from a restricted jurisdiction is detected (or reasonably suspected), the Platform may:

Block registration, deposits or wagering.
Suspend the account and request further verification.
Restrict or close the account and return balances only as required by law.
Report to the relevant authority where mandated.

Attempting to circumvent these restrictions is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion.

5. Changes to Availability

The Platform may add or remove jurisdictions at any time to stay compliant with the law. Where a jurisdiction becomes restricted, affected players will be notified and given a reasonable window to withdraw any lawful balance before access is closed.
